  • What should I do if my order is incorrect?

    If information on your order is incorrect, please either chat with our live support team or Contact Us and we will correct your order.

  • Can I order an item that is out of stock?

    Yes! When an item is ordered that is out of stock, a backorder will be created. It typically takes 2-4 weeks to receive a backorder. Please Contact Us if you have further questions.

  • Can I pick up my order in store?

    No, unfortnately we do not offer in store pick up as we are a purely online company.

  • Do you have a warranty policy on your products?

    Binford Supply House acts as warrantor only on behalf of manufacturer’s written policy. No other warranties expressed or implied will be recognized.

  • Do you carry OEM and aftermarket products?

    Yes, we stock a wide variety of top quality OEM products. For those who want to take advantage of even more savings on quality parts, we carry a wide assortment of aftermarket products as well. Original manufacturer names appearing on aftermarket product listings or media are not a representation that the items offered are genuine items of the original manufacturer.

Returns

  • How do I return a purchase?

    To initiate a return, please complete the form here. Our team will review and follow up via email with next steps. Returns must completed within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. See our full return policy here.

  • What do I do if I have damaged goods or I am short items?

    Please open your order immediately upon delivery to check for shortages or damage. If damaged, keep the original shipping carton. At time of delivery note any shortage or damage next to your signature. Report any claims within 3 days of delivery and include your order number. Common carrier delivery must be inspected immediately.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    All qualifying orders over $59.99 within the continental United States are shipped free of charge, but certain items are not eligible for free shipping.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes. We ship to Canada after applicable shipping fees.
