Shipping & Delivery

We ship all products we sell domestically within the United States & to more than 100 international destinations, including Canada. For more information on international shipping, please visit the international or Canada pages. 

 

Some items require a signature for delivery. If someone will not be home to sign for the package you may want send package to your office, a friend, or you can have your item(s) held at the local UPS store. Simply enter any address on checkout as the 'ship to address'.

 

The best way to determine expedited & international shipping rates is to add your product(s) to the cart and on the cart. The cart page has a tool which allows you to see the shipping rates based on location, speed of delivery & carrier.

 

We have 2 warehouses and can't provide exact transit times via free ground shipping but delivery time is typically 1-3 business days. We offer expedited shipping options that guarantee delivery times for time-sensitive orders - view cart to see options. We utilize 2 warehouses to get your products to you ASAP. These are located in Minneapolis & Denver. Below you can see estimated delivery times from both warehouses below. Based on where your order ships to, we'll utilize the warehouse that gets you your products the quickest.

No-Hassle Return Policy

Returns with DIY Direct Supply are fast and hassle-free. You can return products within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase for a refund or replacement. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will cover all costs involved in getting you a new product and/or returning the original product. You will never incur a cost if you receive a defective product or if we make a mistake. To return a product, please email us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to receive a unique RMA number and return shipping information. All returns besides defective or incorrect product are charged a 15% restocking fee or $20.00, whichever is greater, as well as any shipping fees.

 

To qualify for a refund, merchandise must be new or like-new condition, must contain all the original packaging, accessories and be returned unopened in the original packaging. If your item has been opened or used we cannot accept this as merchandise goes back on our shelf to be resold and we cannot and do not sell used items. To clarify, we cannot accept any parts that have been opened or used in any way, unless it is defective. We will promptly credit your account within 3-5 business days upon receipt and inspection of your return. Products that are damaged or found to be defective will be replaced by DIY Direct Supply at no charge. We will always cover all costs to replace a defective item.

 

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards -- Visa, Master Card, and Discover -- along with PayPal as well as personal checks. If you'd like to pay via check please choose this method on checkout, there are instruction on where to mail your check in checkout. We do not take money orders or CODs.  If you'd like to pay with your bank account we recommend opening and using a PayPal account as they provide this funding option.
