Return Goods
Original invoice and date of purchase are required on all returned product. Return goods must be in original packaging and in good condition. Returns must be made within 30 days upon receipt of merchandise. After 30 days, returns may be accepted for a non-refundable store credit. Pre-approval from the company is needed on all return orders. For special order and nonstock returns not due to faulty or wrong product, the greater of $20 or 20% of product cost will be applied. Custom made items are not returnable. If return is due to delivery of defective products and returned within 60 days, customer will receive full refund, otherwise, if after 60 days, then customer will receive store credit. No returns accepted after one year from purchase date. The company reserves the right to refuse any and all returns.
Damages & Shortage Claims
Please open your order immediately upon delivery to check for shortage or damage. If damaged, keep the original shipping carton. At time of delivery note any shortage or damage next to your signature. Report any claims within 3 days of delivery, your invoice number and customer number are needed at that time. Common carrier delivery must be inspected immediately.
